1. Water on the moon was discovered by India
The first incontrovertible evidence of water on moon came from India’s ISRO(Indian
Space Research Organisation) Chandrayaan-1 in September 2009 using its moon
mineralogy mapper.

launched was transported to its lift-off pad in Thumba Equatorial launching
Station on a bicycle and India’s first sat4ellite APPLE in 1981 was tested for
antenna range on a bullock cart.

special polling booth was setup in far into Gir forests in Gujarat for a lone voter
Mahant Bharatdas Darshandas is one of
India’s most prized voters; he is the lone occupant for hamlet called Banej in
Gir forests. A special polling booth was setup for him by Election Commission
of India to ensure that he gets to caste its precious single vote.

Dr. Shrikant Jichkar holds the record for the most qualified person of
India. He was an IAS, IPS, lawyer, Doctor of letters in Sanskrit, Actor, Radio
operator, and Photographer. Between 1973 and 1990 he wrote 42 university
examinations. He was elected as an MLA in Maharashtra at the age of 25 and
became very powerful minister holding 14 portfolios. He had 20 degrees, 28 gold
medals & a library of 52,000 books.
6. Largest air evacuation in the History of mankind was done by India
In year 1990 during the Gulf War 1,70,000 Indians were airlifted from Kuwait
with the help of 488 flights in just 59 days.
7. Mohun Bagan A.C. is older than most European Football Clubs
Established in year 1889 Mohun Bagan Athletic Club is one of the oldest
football clubs and one of the most successful clubs of India. It is older than
many European Clubs including Real Madrid, Manchester United, Barcelona, Liverpool,
A.C. Milan, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and many more. Mohun Bagan was first Indian
club to win a major title they lifted the IFA Shield in 1911.
8. Navi Mumbai is the largest planned township on the planet
In 1972 Navi Mumbai was built as planned township original Mumbai by
Government of Maharashtra to overcome the problem of increasing population and
is the largest planned township on the planet.
9. Mumbai Police filed without ticket case on a terrorist
Ajmal Kasab, a terrorist who killed more than 50 innocent lives on CST
railway station and was a part of one of the most deadliest terrorist attacks
on our country. 86 cases were slapped against him before he was hanged till
death in November 2012, one of which was entering the CST railway station
platform to kill people without ticket!!
10. In Shani Shingnapur people do not have doors in their houses.
Shani Shingnapur located in Maharashtra is
one of the most amazing villages of India. All houses in the village didn’t
have doors including shops. No theft has been reported yet in the village,
people have never kept their valuable things in lock and key.
